Limited Warranty for products purchased from MSR. Please notify MSR of any visible defect at first use. MSR reserves the right to inspect any roller if a failure occurs.

What This Warranty Covers:

Defects in materials and workmanship in "products" manufactured or sold by MSR.

What We Will Do To Correct Warranty Problems:

At no charge to you, we have the option to repair or replace the products that do not conform to the warranty, or to refund the products' purchase price.

-Phone # and contact name

-Mark/circle the defective area on cover

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

-Experimental applications (test covers or prototypes)

-Wear & tear over normal use of product

-Overloading

-Abuses or misuse by the buyer, its employees or agents

-Cases where the buyer has failed to furnish accurate specifications

-Failure to balance and/or repair cores/journals is recommended by MSR and refused by customer

-Damage incurred from failure to repair or furnish an adequate shipping container when recommended by MSR and refused by customer

-Reimbursement for down time as a result of a defective product

-Projects or applications MSR recommends not doing

-Damage incurred by common carrier

-Acid Flush
