Mid South Roller's complete, in-house machine shop can manufacture spare or replacement rolls with the required surface finish. The roller can then be completed by covering in rubber, urethane, silicone, chrome plating, nickel plating or plasma coating.

Precision instruments are used to measure each roll for concentricity and accuracy. Rolls can also be balanced when required. Journal repair and restubbing is an everyday occurrence at MSR.

Mid South Roller can fabricate new cores from your design, from a standard design or from our extensive library of blue-prints. With our CAD system, we can provide drawings for your approval.
